I have a PowerShell script that generates multiple certs using the SIF 2.0 createcert.json file. After a pause in action (ex. generate 2 certs, upload to blob storage, attempt to generate 2 more certs via SIF), I get the following error:

VERBOSE: Invoke-ReadJsonConfigFunction
VERBOSE: Reading: C:\rs-pkgs\Sitecore\CertRenewal\certrenewal.json
Resolve-Path : Cannot find path 'C:\Users\scadmin\System.Security.SecureString' because it does not exist.
At C:\Program Files\WindowsPowerShell\Modules\SitecoreInstallFramework\2.0.0\Public\Install-SitecoreConfiguration.ps1:395 char:39
+ $settings.WorkingDirectory = (Resolve-Path $pwd).ProviderPath
+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo : ObjectNotFound: (C:\Users\scadmi...ty.SecureString:String) [Resolve-Path], ItemNotFoundException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : PathNotFound,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.ResolvePathCommand

It is almost like SIF times out, or locks me out from using it as the first two certs get generated.
