Tell us about your SQL server. It sounds like your connection comes and goes. Are you in the content editor when this happens? – Chris Auer May 23 '19 at 15:57
  • yes it happens in the content editor most of the times , some times also when browsing a page, my sql server is on remote server – Rohan Bhateja May 24 '19 at 5:55
  • This is not going to be a Sitecore issue. This is an issue with your connection to your SQL server. I would say that either the connection is dropping or the SQL server is getting overrun and can't accept more connections. – Chris Auer May 24 '19 at 12:36
