We are recently migrated to Azure. We have two Mongo Servers both Primary and Secondary which replica set was working as expected. Recently we have faced one of the mongo server Primary has been crashed due to Microsoft maintenance activities. Due to that entire mongo file system is corrupted. We have taken a backup of file system and not the data using dump command in primary server. Unfortunately our replica set was not working earlier due to that secondary server also not in sync.

During the crash we have taken backup of file system for Primary and secondary file system we copied to Primary. Fortunately Mongo started working but with secondary sever data which don't have updated data in it from last few months.

Could you please suggest how to recover the collections from the Primary Mongo Server File system. Even through we tried for repairing post repair it's showing empty data.

Please suggest any options to recovery.
