During a GraphQL query, the Tracker is inactive, maybe because of this processor: DisableGraphQLRequestTracking in the startAnalytics pipeline.

We'd like to know if we can trigger goals from a GraphQL endpoint, without interfering with the default Sitecore processor.

We're aware of the JSS Tracking API which can be triggered from the front-end, but in our situation we'd prefer to do this directly from the back-end upon successful completion of a form.

What is the best way to solve this? Replace DisableGraphQLRequestTracking with an implementation which allows startAnalytics in certain situations?
