I am trying to create a new contact in List Manager . However, Getting the below error:

  • Check if your XConnect site is working perfectly and also check your certificates

  • By looking at the logs, it seems like some connection issues with xconnect API. can you please check if all the three services(marketing automation, indexworker, processing engine) are running. Also, check if you're using a valid client certificate.

  • Xconnect is not working properly and I have tried Get-Childitem cert:\LocalMachine\root -Recurse | Where-Object {$_.Issuer -ne $_.Subject} | Move-Item -Destination Cert:\LocalMachine\CA this as well still showing an error
