We are doing Upgradation from Sitecore 8.2 to Sitecore 9.3. In Sitecore 8.2 We have Custom Events with Custom Values, in 9.3 we cannot use Custom Events with Custom Data directly, will have to Convert Session Event to XConnect Event with Conversion pipeline.

We are having XP scaled Topology, which will have Below Server Roles.

  • CM, CD, Reporting and Processing Servers.

Reporting Server will have Below Instances.

  • RPT, XC, XCS, XMA, XMAR, XRD.

I have followed Below documents for creating Custom Events, Creating Conversion Pipelines, Triggering Custom Events, Deploying Custom Model.

In Local Custom Events with Custom values are getting added to Xdb Collection without any error, Issue is in CD server, haven't done deployment for other servers yet.

Getting below error in CD logs at the Session End:

ERROR Cannot execute 'sessionEnd:batch:ended' event
Exception: System.AggregateException
Message: One or more exceptions occurred while processing the subscribers to the 'sessionEnd:batch:ended' event.

   at Sitecore.Events.Event.RaiseEvent(String eventName, Object[] parameters)
   at Sitecore.Kernel.Web.SessionExpirationProcessor.TryRaiseEvent(String eventName, Object[] parameters)

Nested Exception
