I recently made some changes inside the bin file, basically I needed to manually upload some dll files. Well, this made my environment get this error that I will show you. I also had to change the web.config file.
The reason for the chane of the web.config file is that, when I changed my bin folder, I received this error.

So I had to change the System.Runtime version from 4.1.1.0 to 4.0.0.0. Once I done that, I kept receiving this error, and the problem is with the Speak-Layout.cshtml
