##Missing Message ID

Missing Message ID

The error message indicates that the query parameters that are generally associated with links, when EXM messages are generated, are missing. This can happen if you are trying to click the link from a Test Message (Sent to a specific email address from the Review tab on a message in EXM) or if you have tried to go to the Unsubscribe page directly.

Couple things to check:

  1. On the email when clicking the link, inspect the link itself and make sure that it contains the ec_eq query parameter.
  2. That the domain is pointing to your Content Delivery instance and that you are trying to open the link using the CD server.
