If you have multi site-site. Check your site definition defined,in in this case sitecore, Sitecore appends Sc_site = websiteSc_site = website in urlURL, which causes this issue as per my experience. Work around

The workaround is when you see sc_website= websitesc_website= website, remove it manually and check the response..
