Thanks Adam your answer guide me for the solution , for me I did the following steps :

  1. Restart the website on IISIIS
  2. Clear all browser cachebrowser cache
  3. Goto Sitecore.configGo to Sitecore.config find PagePreview.MaxSessionsCountPagePreview.MaxSessionsCount tag and increase value
