After graduation from high school in June 2005 I started my higher education at Erasmushogeschool Brussel to get a Bachelor in Applied Computer Science. During this time I developed a web-browser oriented game under the title of "The Empire of Moìra".
I graduated Cum Laude as Bachelor in Applied Computer Science in June 2008 and picked up my first job August 2008 at DigiPoint NV/SA, the company where I had ran my internship.
Outside of school I'm a known on-line gamer and have held many staff positions among the games I played. The most memorable being:
- GameMaster for Ragnarok Online Europe (www.euro-ro.net) [2005-2007]
- GameOperator for Ogame NL (www.ogame.nl) [2007]
- QA Tester/Translator/GameAdmin for Metin 2 UK (www.metin-2.com) [2007-2008]
(nickname on all positions: WhiteRaven)
Having an interest for all sides of computer usage I have attempted to arm myself with a wide variety of knowledge in regard to programming languages having received lessons in C++, C#, VB.NET, XML, XSLT, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, J2EE, PHP, ASP, SQL. And on own effort I looked into LUA and scripting languages bound to specified games such as LSL (Second Life).
In more technical field on term of industrialization (my specialty chosen for my higher education) I had lessons in assembler, C and AWL (IL, Ladder).
Towards the future I'll attempt at expanding my skills and knowledge in the field beyond what I already knows. And as my quote stands: Computer Science isn't a study... It's a lifestyle.
