I have just started to use Sitecore a few months ago and I would like to change the size of popup dialog thing on my browser when I try to add a new component.

As you see above, the size of popup dialog is fixed by default. I would like to change the size of this popup dialog by changing one of the configure file but I do not know where. I assumed that it might be somewhere under \Website\sitecore\shell\Controls\Dialogs but the xml files under this folder does not seem to be the source of this popup dialog.

Any idea?
