Which is better version/revision to upgrade 10.3.0 site

Question

I am using Sitecore 10.3.0 (XP0/XP1) version currently.

Now i want to upgrade Sitecore 10.3.0 to latest 10.3.1 release

Which is better version to upgrade 10.3.0 site by following releases

1. Sitecore 10.3 Update-1 source at here OR
2. Sitecore 10.3.2 rev. xxxxxx PRE (Cumulative hotfix for Sitecore XP 10.3) source at here

Can anyone please assist for better upgrade

As this url itself says that Sitecore 10.3.2 has all the fixes of 10.3 update 1 plus few other changes include in this version.
